A choice of appetisers includes Green Tea Pastrami, Garden Greens and Honey Dill Dressing or Wild Mushroom Soup with Truffle Dumplings, followed by a choice of two entrées: Grilled Chicken Paillard, Herb-mashed Potatoes, Bush Tomatoes and Asparagus or Katafi Prawns with Vegetable Fried Rice.
